Reagans prophecy

When Ronald Reagan was running for office at various times in his career he would wheel out one of his favorite jokes. "The nine most terrifying words in the English language are: 'I'm from the government and I'm here to help.'"It only took 30 years and the Bush administrations response to Hurricane Katrina to make this a reality. Can anyone translate this into Arabic? I bet this would get big laughs in Baghdad and Tehran.
